September Perfect Attendance Winner

We've been busy celebrating the winner of our perfect attendance contest for September! At Oak Pointe, we strive to foster a positive workplace culture, boost staff morale, and recognize our caregivers' hard work and dedication. Our September winner who had no call-offs or tardies is Lisa Guilliams, one of our dedicated LPNs! Lisa's dedication and commitment to her work as an LPN have been outstanding since she joined us in 2005. We couldn't be prouder of her and the fantastic work she does.

As a part of her reward, Lisa received $200 cash for food and drinks, as well as two tickets to the Funny Bone comedy club. To make her win even more special, an overnight stay in Easton was included in the prize package. In addition to recognizing Lisa's achievement, we ensured that both Lisa and her husband, Keith, had the day off to enjoy her prize together.



Lisa's journey here with us includes a heartwarming twist. A year after joining our team, she met her future husband, Keith, right here at Oak Pointe, creating a unique love story. He is another one of our compassionate LPNs. Throughout her time with us, Lisa has been a dedicated dayshift nurse on our West Wing behavioral unit. She loves her West Wing residents, and they are what bring her back every day. She treats her residents like family, fostering a compassionate environment at our skilled nursing facility. We're lucky to have team members like Lisa who make a difference every day.
