Introducing Oak Pointe's New Administrator

In honor of Boss's Day, we are thrilled to introduce Oak Pointe’s new Administrator, Carrie Miller!

With over a decade of healthcare experience across various roles in long-term care, Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Technical Studies with a concentration in Healthcare, as well as a master’s in Human Resource Management. Carrie also has four years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), previously serving as the Human Resource Director at our sister facility, Scenic Pointe.



Carrie, wife to Nathan and mother to Lincoln and Amelia, has a passion for running, upcycling furniture, and enjoying a refreshing Diet Coke. When asked what she loves most about her role, she shared, “It’s the team I manage and the residents we care for. I became an LNHA to have a positive impact on both.”

We are beyond excited for Carrie to lead our team at Oak Pointe and guide our nursing home with her compassionate leadership and dedication to resident care. Carrie’s journey in healthcare has been driven by a deep commitment to making a difference. She shared, “I love being an administrator because it allows me to have a greater impact on residents, families, and staff.” This dedication is already inspiring everyone here, as she focuses on maintaining Oak Pointe’s reputation for exceptional care.
