Introducing Oak Pointe's New Administrator

In honor of Boss's Day, we are thrilled to introduce Oak Pointe’s new Administrator, Carrie Miller! Carrie brings over four years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and has been part of the Foundations family, previously serving as the Human Resource Director at our sister facility, Scenic Pointe.



Carrie, wife to Nathan and mother to Lincoln and Amelia, has a passion for running, upcycling furniture, and enjoying a refreshing Diet Coke. When asked what she loves most about her role, she shared, “It’s the team I manage and the residents we care for. I became an LNHA to have a positive impact on both.”

We are beyond excited for Carrie to lead our team at Oak Pointe and guide our nursing home with her compassionate leadership and dedication to resident care. Her passion for creating a supportive and caring environment aligns perfectly with our mission, and we look forward to her positive influence on our residents, staff, and community.
