We are excited to shine a spotlight on Nancy McDougale, a dedicated STNA who has been with us for over two years. From the moment she joined, Nancy’s compassion for our residents was evident, and she consistently goes above and beyond in her care. Her co-workers often remark that Nancy is the kind of caregiver they’d trust to care for them if they ever needed it.



Nancy embodies the spirit of teamwork and is a shining example of our company’s Culture to Care. When asked what she loves most about her job, Nancy says, “It’s rewarding to go home each night knowing you made someone’s day, made them feel better, and gave them love.”
