All of us at Oak Pointe are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

"Therapy Director, Roxanna, and ALL of the staff at Oak Pointe have been a blessing! Definitely a 10/10! I don't know where we would be without them. The care our dad has received is top-notch. They even allow him to be his playful self. It's so nice to lay your head down to sleep and know your dad is safe and being well taken care of! They LISTENED to us when we said we know he can do this! They fought beside us even when he didn't want to put in the work! They didn't let him give up! They are a true blessing to our family. From the Therapy Department to the Nursing Staff, I will be forever grateful for all they have done for our family!"
